Good advice here. Don't forget there may be nefarious credit reasons for the change. You're the hungry Caterpillar, you may not know that realsitically they are 90+ days paying the broker on Net 30 account. You extend credit, being hungry and now you're running your truck on sailboat fuel waiting for the overextended new customer to gracefully pay you. (Yes there are tools that can assist with prevention of this scenario). Make the credit risk the brokers, it's not worth the 100$. (Of course "ethically" too).
