What Am I Doing Wrong?

So I ordered a part for my bike on EBay last Thursday morning. Here is the timeline so far:
Left Minneapolis, MN Thursday @ 10PM.
Arrived Chicago, IL Friday @ 4:30AM.
Departed Chicago, IL Friday @ 5PM.
Arrived Indianapolis, IN Friday @ 11:30PM.
Departed Indianapolis, IN Saturday @ 4:30AM.
Arrived Elsmere, KY Saturday @ 7:30AM
Departed Elsmere, KY Saturday @ 8:30AM.
Arrived Cincinnati, OH Saturday @ 9AM.
Departed Cincinnati, OH Monday @ 9:30AM.
Arrived Erlanger, KY Monday @ 10AM.
Departed Erlanger, KY Tuesday @ 1PM.
Arrived (Wait for it) Chicago, IL Wednesday @ 11:30AM.
I can hardly wait to see where it ends up tomorrow...
P.S. All this for approx. $18CAD.

Surprise, surprise. It's in Toronto today. That means Canada Post will show it delivered at 9am, and I'll receive tomorrow at 10:30.

Strange as it sounds ... that's not actually the part that is going to those places ... it's the customs paperwork.
