They booked a load with us, and upon reviewing their safety fitness certificate, I noticed their status was listed as “Conditional.” When we asked for clarification on the reason for this status and what corrective actions had been taken, we received no response. None of their listed phone numbers were working, and after 2–3 hours of repeated follow-ups, they eventually cancelled the load themselves.
Based on this experience and the lack of communication and transparency, we will not be working with this company in the future.
