Western Alliance Logistics

Did a load for them, was offered 2% QP in 7 days during onboarding process. Invoice sent and was promptly told they don't do QP for invoices below "$1000.00" and was not told this would be a QP shipment...if you offer QP and someone still has to approve it, what's the point of offering it? Invoice has been factored will follow up with payment terms If I remember.

ok here's a cool story.
2 skids of stone moving from the middle of nowhere in Huron to the middle of a park in upstate New York.
When I say the middle of a park I mean like up a mountain (residential area, no one in the brokerage checked if it is truck accessible). Everyone knew we were coming with a 53-foot trailer. Anyway we request a proper delivery location and the guy says he'll come down the mountain on a forklift and save us. I request a dock. Gets rebooked for later pick-up while they look for a dock. A week later we are again in the middle of nowhere in Huron. Now the shipper says ahahah got you; we aren't going to load you because you were supposed to load this last week.

I ask for a TONU and they say they'll get back to me. I have a gut feeling that ain't no-one getting back to me.

Can I just ask why? Like was this paying 5 grand for 2 skids?

There are so many red flags here to start.
