West Lincoln Logistics (1787765 Ontario Inc.) - 3000 South Grimsby - Smithville - 905-945-7777

Anyone currently dealing with this company - looking for payment trends ASAP. Thanking in advance.

My best advice on this company is use at your own risk. The owner Jason has bankrupted a previous company, been fired for adding extra charges after quoting and splitting the difference with his quoting contact from at least one company I know of (which also resulted in the dismissal of his contact from the company they were ripping off) and is currently being investigated for fraud. I have also learned his company is registered to someone other than him because of trouble with the government. His former employer Chris at Vans was very helpful to me in finding out whether or not to take his loads. For all I know, he has changed his ways and is on the up and up. Hopefully that is the case for people moving his freight.

Does anyone have any updated info on this company? Trying to determine if we should be taking one of their loads.

Hamilton to KY use to pay $1420.00 But thanks to 2 companies in Stoney Creek and this 1 it now pays $900.00 and the loads are still moving. Some people have to get their heads out of their asses and get with the real world here in 2009.

shipper?

who is the shipper on these Hamilton loads? They might be interested in hearing what his broker is doing for him?

They paid our load on the original thread in 16 days - currently working with them now and no issues to report.

Will post again if anything comes up...

It would be nice if we could all get any amount we want to haul freight but that is not reality. Rates are driven by supply and demand and in today's environment you have to be very resourceful to make a buck. If I had freight in Kentucky returning to Canada that paid large (and some freight does) then I certainly could afford to run for the $900.00 rate. You can not always blame the Shipper or the Broker, It is just good business to negotiate the best possible price. Don't we all do that when we are purchasing?

Any freight he has he got by being the cheapest. That is the way to get freight according to him, he will tell you " some idiot will take it" I know this first hand as he worked under contract for me, a couple of sh..... customers that dont pay well or at all. The beginning of the end!!!

Anyone have any new info on West Lincoln Logistics. Just tried calling to collect on 60 day invoice and the number is no longer in service. Checked website and it is shut down as of Aug 11th. Does anyone have any cell #'s for anyone there that they can provide me? Thanks in advance.
