Assuming you are talking about WestX MC#: 047498, absolutely horrible service. Extremely dishonest business practices. Recently we had a shipment in transit for 3.5 weeks from SK. ON 7 different occasions, shipment was out for delivery meanwhile it was still 1000 km away. Domestic LTL is tough, but West X might be the worst of the bunch. They had a "breakdown on the day of pick-up" which delayed it 2 days" another "breakdown" breakdown on the long haul truck that added a week. ON the same shipment we had "sorry, guaranteed delivery tomorrow" "sorry, 10000% tomorrow" "
“Sir this will be delivered on Friday without any fail. I promise you that .”
"Yes 1000 percent on Monday" All of these over the course of 2 weeks, all of them were lies. I would avoid this carrier at all costs.
