Stop using them and spread the word. Maybe don't rush to the cheapest carrier option right off the bat too.

He actually wasn't the cheapest. I used him because he had a team available but who knows if its his team. I will file a complaint to Load Link. Thank you

Well i'm not implying that everyone goes to the cheapest every load, but it does tend to happen probably far more than it should. I always check Inside Transport every time I work with a new Broker. Looks like it has saved us quite a few times.

I would hope that if a team service load was booked, someone checked that there were team drivers in the truck prior to loading. It's saved me a few times in the past.

That's pretty good, Load link really only gets involved when their own bills aren't being paid
