I have invoices that are 90 days and was told that, John her boss was not in the office this week. You really have to push her and you will get a positive response from her. If not then go directly to John. I have told them that we will go to the owner and it seems that a cheque appears for me.

LTL Expedited...
These guys were tied up with LTL Expedited at some point not to long ago. I am sure the relation was cut once the reputation of LTL Expedited started affecting the Ranger name at some point. Maybe the payables people were kept on by Ranger. Can't hide a wolf in sheeps clothing it seems...

We also noted the change. Got outstanding invoices with both entities. The Express Forwarding entity is quite bad in payment terms as of August 2017, paying their invoices, allowing to age over 120 days. Moving System, on the other hand, pays invoices on average 33 days. Hope it helps.

I called and found out that Ranger Moving Systems Inc. is at the same address but a totally different corporate profile and different owners. Ranger Moving Systems Inc. is an affiliate of Mayflower. I told them that being at the same address is problematic and the manager agreed. I also mentioned that they should acquire a MC brokerage bond/license
I guess I will have to setup a different company in my books and see how this one goes.

Jim L. to my opinion, who ever you spoke to is full of BS. This instance, I am looking at 2 load confirmations of both companies. The LOGOs on both confirmations are identical. Alter ego companies.
When I spoke to Veronica at Ranger Moving Systems last night (see my previous post) we discussed at great lengths the issues I had with Ranger Express being at the same address and the problems with Ranger Express's credit. She agreed that this was not the first time this has been an issue. She offered, without hesitation, to pay via EFT which I gladly accepted. The payment was completed by the next morning without issue.
I just wanted to follow up to say that Veronica at Ranger Moving Systems did pay without issue. Had this been a problem account I don't think that they'd pay up front before delivery. I believe her side of the story is valid.
Its still an account that should be monitored closely but those who deal with the problems affectively should also be given praise when praise is due.
