Non paying freight brokers over 80 days, don't care about carrier!!!
Seem to going down.

Yep well over 120 days with us. They have offered up a payment plan but of yet we've not received a penny of the 4200.00 we're owed. Will update as I go along here first payment is due to morrow.

Yes be careful with them. small invoice of 1000$ past due 150 days and still unpaid... Very difficult to reach the right people over there. Left many messages, no call back. When you are able to speak with someone, always the same bull about a payment coming soon but no check at the time, blah blah blah......

Be very careful and require payment before delivery, very important, do not trust these people!!!!

Took us 203 days to finally clear up a bill for 4200.00. Seems like they have very little desire to pay, we had to threaten and take installments. Any profits we made on the load were lost in chasing the revenue. On my ever growing DNU list.

Unbelievable ... traded on the Montreal stock exchange apparently. They show to be losing money.

Had to hold some freight to get these dead beats attention and get payment for our account that was over 204 Days.

I see they just had a judgment against them for $8725.00 according to loadlink. Too bad that won't change their business model.

Mercator is a public traded company and have too many high paying people working there. Good Luck!
