Still waiting for payment on 4 invoices dating from sept 2017. Haven't received any payment from them at all since the beginning. All i kept getting are promises that he would make an etransfer payment for over a month now. Still no payment to date.

Tell them they are to send the money immediately or you will be calling their customer for payment.
As you may have read in many other threads on this site, that is the standard procedure when the broker will not pay. Usually the threat of calling the customer is enough to get paid right away.
