Signing up a US shipper and they are requesting W9, as a Canadian company I would need to send them W8 Ben E, do I need to get us tax id number?
 
Hey Paul, I noticed you just PM'd me. I assume it is regarding this. Do a search on here and look for the answer I gave to, I believe TransAction a while ago. It is my understanding that you do not require a US tax ID number. We have been providing either/or your company GST# or even your own Social Insurance number.
