I don't understand what you mean by 'fake edits' but anything I post is not fake or edited and I provide the picture so anyone can get this public information online. I'll share the picture again which is current information as of 30 seconds ago. VIJ LDH never had a FMCSA broker bond and currently still has ZERO inspections in the US which is quite remarkable if you are actually a carrier with 7 vehicles.

They have 9 people in their family that are driver, 7 vechiles they insure as commerical vechiles .
That only driver around the block.
So no USA inspections.
They can con carriers with their double brokering.

@vij ldh you get on here and basically say everyone is lying but you, Had a driver like that at one time. Everyday we would get calls that this guy is a fucking asshole at every shipper and every receiver. He called one day with the same old BS on a day when i had had enough and explained to him that maybe just maybe if everyone else is a fucking asshole maybe it is not them maybe you are the fucking asshole, He quit ( Mission accomplished) My point.. Karan, you owe us money since November since last year. All emails from you were nothing but empty promises! You double brokered a load, you got paid but us the Carrier who completed the service has had to fight every goddamn day to get from you. Not sure if you are aware, but that's not how this industry works. You fraudulently claimed you were Bonded, when you are not. We have put you in Collections and if unsuccessful, Court Action will be taken. No one cares about your bullsh&t excuses. You stole money from Brokers for services you did not complete and then did not pay the actual Carrier. You have no leg to stand on here...shocking that you are trying to defend your actions! I gave the number you left above to our collection agency. You say you want top solve this....how about pay us the money owed...pretty simple!

My money is on boxermom for the win. I really hope you get paid even though it sounds like you have to collect via agent or law. I hate to ask, but you do have the shipper and consignee involved I hope. Including in your legal actions. It sometimes helps deadbeats cough up the cash.

Shipper/receiver are liable to pay the carrier who actual hauled the load.
It takes lawyers and usually there's not much left at the end but might be worth depending on the amount owed.

If you read through countless similar experiences on this site from dozens of other members. Beneficial owner of the freight has a legal obligation to pay you, however the original broker has a moral obligation to pay you as they tendered the load to an entity that created your issue.
Saying 'I paid the other guy' is not enough. Shame on them for thinking it is.
