We gave them an LTL last month.
Picked up one day late (after 2 check calls to be sure he was picking up on the scheduled day (both times we were assured not to worry all is on schedule)).
Delivered two days late.
We dealt with JC & Pierre.
I wouldn't say I'd never use them again... but they certainly wouldn't be my first choice if another carrier was available.

double brokerage
We have done a few loads here and there over last few years. They double brokered some loads a few years ago. We got stuck at the border in Alex Bay for close to 18 hrs once. To resolve the issue we spoke with the original freight broker.
The set up seemed friendly, it looked like the CO Brokering situations that Crystal Transport talks so much about!!
We agreed on the extra charges for the delay. I am still waiting for those monies. We were paid for the load itself though. The dangers of double brokerage. They do pay in a reasonable amount of time.
