Had a very bad experience with this carrier. Load was brokered & 14 day payment terms were agreed upon & noted on the load sheet 2 days before pick up. 2 days after the pick up (so day of delivery) I was told (at 5pm on a Friday, couldn't get a hold of them all day) credit wasn't approved & C.O.D was now required or they weren't delivering the load.

We paid the carrier at 9am the next business day & was guaranteed delivery by 4pm. Freight didn't deliver before 4pm. Then promised delivery next day at 7:30am. Freight ended up delivering at 12pm. Took 7 days for a FTL to deliver from TN to ON.

Every promise was broken, even after payment was made. I was an hour away from losing my largest customer.

That's interesting. Via Strada used to take freight for me to Wisconsin and do a decent job and then I'd see them selling freight, which made me stop and look. I thought they were like this little company that was fighting for every little piece of freight out there.

Does anyone know if they are still around?
