Venn-Corp - Mississauga, ON

We have spoken with the rep who tendered us our loads, and they said payment would be made shortly. We did receive partial payment the other day, but many invoices were skipped. We will go back to try and resolve the missed invoices. It just all seems unorganized and payments are scattered and not regular unless we chase them. Will keep you all posted.
 
So, Brendan Cox is a man of his word. We just received payment for the one load we had that was outstanding with us. I hate to see certain people here trying to start rumors... Those contracts that come with payment at the end of the contract can be very difficult to deal with...
 
Our last invoice got paid( did not have to call for payment) by direct deposit 50 days from invoice date, not bad.
 
I wouldn't rack up a large bill, but, if they have something that you can use. I would take it if I were you. The new owners just hit a rough patch after They purchased the company. They had one of those contracts that was payable upon completion and I guess they just mis-calculated. Brendan Cox is a good guy. We worked with him often when he was traffictech. Just remember, usually long loading times and weird delivery times ;)
 
I have dealt with Brendan and he is wonderful in getting things resolved. Any future issues just call him, as he is a man of his word.

We contacted the payable department in the US 3 weeks ago, and they kept making promises. We contacted the Canada office and they paid within 3 days A bit of aggravation for 900.00 but both paid up to date.

this company changed hands about a year ago. One of the new owners is Brendan Cox formerly with Traffic Tech. I think that he got caught up in a few contract issues. It was never with bad intentions...

This is a note to inform all that I left Venn-Corp on Oct 9th. ( Yes I was one of the owner but I still chose/forced to leave). I apologize that I will not be able to assist any of you in the future with the problems that are posted below.
 
I had dealt with Brendan a couple of years ago. He did resolve our issues at the time. i think he was working out of the US and Calgary back then.
 
My notes indicate that Brendon was an owner back then. I guess he left? He did solve our problem at the time.
 
Yes Brendon has left and he was great at solving issues. I would suggest that you contact Josh and the number I have is 416-884-4473.

You need to push him, but he will help you.
 
I used to work with Josh, he's a good guy.

If he can't help you, cut them off. Because if it's a problem he can't solve it means that the company has a bigger problem than Brendan leaving.
