Update: - service issue. Just lost an order due to their inability to accurately communicate. Advance pickup notification was given and they would just not provide us with timely information.

I feel you, we got the same problem back a while ago and they are now in DNU for probably ever.
Communication is indeed lacking.
Used to be amazing back in the days.
Then they got bigger, many huge customers where they put all the effort on. Then there's the rest.
