OK folks, here I am diligently doing my HVUT for this year. Kind of a slow day so I get googling.
Some questions for Carriers....
Form 1120F and its associated exemption Form 8833: You doing it?
What about PA and OR returns? I found a website that says if you travel 50000 miles in PA in a year, or pick up or deliver in OR, you must file corporate tax returns in those states. Also, if you pick or drop in NY more than twice, you need to file a corporate return (Not HUT).
What is everybody doing? Heard any of the stuff above? Care?
