I am looking for either a US carrier who is Ontario frequently or an Ontario Carrier who has drivers that can interstate.

This is what I have

Pick Chatham, ON
Stop in Belleville, MI
Deliver in Dacula, GA then reload you to Dundee, MI
 
I am not sure if it helps but if know of a Canadian company that has an Native America driving for them you can use them for interstating as well as the majority have duel citizenship, good luck

It is my understanding that a Canadian company cannot interstate even if they have an American driver in the seat unless they have an operational office in the good ole USA. Be careful you get get yourself or your customer in a pickle here.

Its for a Dry Van. I got one covered with a carrier from toronto that has an owner operator that works for them who is American and they said they do these type of loads all the time. I just have one left now.
 
As a broker you shouldn't have any problems as long as you pay your US taxes etc, but the carrier might have issues down the line if his paperwork isn't in order.

Taxes? Are you saying we are suppose to pay taxes? JUST KIDDING
