Hey All,
This is a new one for us. We had a driver cross last week, and he mentioned to us that the CBP officer asked him how long he usually waits for a reload, and he replied that he usually waits till the next day. She proceeded to say that if it's more than 4 days, you need to report it to CBP or else you (the carrier) can get in trouble. Has anyone had any experience with this? Our trucks dont usually wait longer than a day or 2 in the slowest times, but this is news to me.
