I have had nothing but success in reporting delinquents to Load Link. Their account gets cut off and monies are forwarded.
Link wants to hear about deadbeats and resolve issues also. The problem is no one takes the time to actually report them and provide the proper details. If they aren't paying YOU then in most cases they won't be paying their Link fees at some point also....
Get in touch with Victoria. Email her all the details and FOLLOW UP with her. It is just as much Link's responsibility to make account inquiries on their end as it is YOURS to report and ask for an update after doing so.
