We have only used Urban Freight Systems twice in the past year - the shipments seem to have gone well, no negative notes which is a positive.

Both shipments picked up and deliverd on time.

I did end up using them.. AB - ON. Truck broke down in Thunder Bay and had to Bob tail another truck from Winnipeg to cover the load.

However in all fairness, they did keep me advised on the situation and I did speak to the repair yard and everything they told me was correct.

At the end of the day trucks do break down and at least they kept me informed - that's all I can ask for.

Just sucks that it's always on a HOT load.

Madbooker, the hot load gets screwed-up for the same reason a new golf ball, just out of the sleeve, ends up in the water. Plain bad luck.
