I am happy to be sharing with you that our efforts to repair our corridor between Kamloops, BC and Boston Bar, BC continue to progress well. As stated yesterday, we are targeting to resume train operations on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.
At this time, we are working closely with CP to operate trains on their track between Kamloops and Vancouver.
We understand that this unplanned outage has disrupted all of the supply chains to and from the Greater Vancouver Area, and I am pleased to say that we will be operating select traffic between Prince George, BC and Vancouver, BC on our north – south line tomorrow, November 24th.
Rest assured, a multitude of people are engaged in the safe restoration of our rail line and we appreciate all the actions and efforts that each of you have contributed as we work together to restore service.
I will continue to update you on our progress until all restorations are complete.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we begin our transition from restoration to recovery. We appreciate your business and look forward to collaborating with each of you in the coming weeks while we rebalance our supply chains.
