For those of you who were burned by Francis Fernandes of United Global Logistics and their bankruptcy - he is now operating once again - didn't take long....

I just saw one of their trucks out on delivery...

United Global Logistics - I just saw one of their trucks this morning on the road, running down the road with the United Global Logistics stickers... Sketchy!

Paid today by their customer for this January load - probably haven't changed their trucks to Artic yet or won't bother. They were up and running with a new name weeks later and I am sure will pull the same thing. They stayed at the same address also...

I hope the word is out on Francis Fernandes....

United Global Logistics - Update

Just wanted to provide an update on United Global Logistics as per my prior posts. I was contacted privately and advised that Arctic Warehousing was not affiliated with bankrupt United Global Logistics nor that owner - Francis Fernandes.

Before posting an update - I investigated this further and this is what I have found out.

Bankrupt United Global Logistics is now operating as Global Supply Chain Logistics located at 5200 Dixie Road #205 (905) 625-8797. So anyone looking for Francis - now you know where to find him (and what company to avoid). They basically brought over their staff from U.G.L. and put them back to work at this new place. A simple phone call to Global Supply confirmed this - reception was very helpful with all the names - Surrinder is once again doing A/P.

Arctic Warehousing took over the previous spot of United Global at 7311 Kimbel Street but doesn't seem to have any affiliation with the old U.G. or the new G.S.C.L.

I was originally provided the information in my prior posts by the shipper I had to contact for payment when United Global went bankrupt. And it made sense at the time that U.G. began operating as Arctic Warehousing because the commodity remained the same - no one left the original building on Kimbel and the consignee (from B.C.) had an office close to this address also.

I just wanted to post this update and clarify now that I received this new information "tip" and looked into it.
