TX-ON reefer loads

I am working on a quote for a customer for up to 2 loads per week from Laredo to Brantford. Loads require reefers.

Can someone please let me know of a carrier that could service this and provide me with rates? TX-ON hasn't been one of my lanes for quite some time. Is it still $2600 all in? ( ha ha )

Just an update. These loads are not food items. They require temp control year round. They go in bond from Laredo to the border and then deliver in Brantford. I need a bonded carrier or a reliable carrier that can run under my bond.
