He and his drivers failed to make out a Bill of Lading for the shipment, when the shipper didn't provide, in accordance with FMCSA 373.101. Then used a loading receipt provided by the shipper, with no signatures except that of the driver, as Proof of Delivery.
As with every low life Lawyer everything is the fault of everyone else, he can do no wrong.
