They closed operations not sure why BDO or Bank of Montreal has not publicly posted the insolvency

Maybe confused because there's no record of drivers on file there.

BDO and Bank of Montreal applied and received from the Ontario Superior Court an appointment of an interim receiver. This is not an assignment into bankruptcy which usually comes later. BDO will advise the courts on the status of the business and report back to the courts on what action or if assignment is recommended.
