TRIUMPANT LOGISTICS

Please elaborate why. Thanks
Speaking for myself I will not put a load on the truck for brokers offering a rate that is well just shit. If I am losing money pulling the load and in effect making everyones else rich as i go broke Screw it run it home empty before hauling it at a loss. A loss is a loss but no use making other folks a buck as you are losing IMHO. Hence the DNU list keeps growing with all the douchebag brokers offer 80 cents to a whole 1.85 a mile. Keep your load in the wind we go empty all the way home or too a load worth loading..

did you get paid for this? They're wanting us to do a shipment for them
Probably you should refrain for the time been, they send us emails all the time but their rates are very low. and our factor told us to avoid. That unpaid invoice from July speaks volume about your next problem if you take their loads.

I knew about their reviews on this website, but they were our only options to help us with a stuck truck in OR. However I cannot understand where those bad feedbacks are coming from. We got paid on-time and the Operation Representative Paul Woodman was kind. Obviously we are going to continue our partnership

Jacksonville, FL office - outstanding invoice now at over 80 days......

I had to threaten to call the shipper and receiver to get paid after 60 days but they paid right away once we did that.

We took another LTL shipment and made them put the net 30 terms in writing so we will see if they can stick to that this time.

Ummmm and I the only one that squinted my eyes when I read this?

If you had to get the shipper and receiver involved, why would you ever give them a second chance. 30 terms in writing means nothing unless you're ready to go to court over it.

We put them on hold in Feb 2025. They told us they were having cash flow issues. We have done two loads since but prepaid

They stepped up and paid it right away, I’ll ride the ride a second time haha. I’ll always collect, they know to pay attention to it now.
