Trillium Expedite Inc.

It sure sounds like it has passed the stage of playing nice with these deadbeats. Lamenting their poor payment history on Inside Transport really only benefits those who might be considering doing business with them in the future. The time for more forceful action on you part is now. Contact every party named on the Bill of Lading and inform them of your dilemma and of your intention to pursue legal action against them. Right after that, contact an experienced transportation paralegal, such as Scam Chaser and start some serious collection efforts. Six months is much, much too long to leave an invoice go unpaid. Remember, the older an invoice gets, the less likely the chances it will be paid.

We've also been facing issues with their promises and constant excuses since November of last year. We've started taking further action by contacting customers, shippers, receivers, and stakeholders, but we're not seeing any results. It's disheartening to do honest work and not get paid as we should. It would be better if people followed through with their promises. Being honest and upfront is the best way to do things, but I guess not everyone agrees.

it looks like a lost cause...I have been to their office and get no answers - Stay away from the Shannon Blakely - seems everywhere she has been it is like this....they will pop up under another name - everyone keep an eye open for the principles names and hers...

yes they are - sadly - that wasn't related to any type of suspicious activity - they had been around for 25 years - it was the market and new management that put them under, It was an amazing place to work before a New GM and Operations Mgr came in and destroyed the company not knowing the Flatbed industry....Ron and Sue were the most compassionate and caring people and Ron was what i like to call a "Convoy Type of Trucker"

Don't know if that helps but here it is :
Shannon Blakeley ''Trillium cellphone'' number is 416-577-2092
Thanks for posting this. Shannon claims the company is still in full operation, despite no one answering the phone or replying to emails for 3 months. Apparently, their domain is @trilliumexpedite.ca now, not @trilliumtransport.ca. In any case, good luck to all trying to get paid by these people.

they are Shameful - no regards to their reputation. I have been to their office don't understand how they are getting paid or paying their employees - no assets - just four desks in a Industrial unit on Matheson in Mississauga between Kennedy and Hwy 10.

I worked with Shannon when she was at Scan; there were no issues; she was great to work with, but Scan has always been good at paying and is a relatively large operation, so that was a good backing for her. Does anyone know why she left Scan or if she was let go? facts only, no gossip please!

Hello everyone,

We completed two loads with Shanon Blakely. After we raised concerns about non-payment, we received payment for one load immediately, and they promised to send the second payment the following day.

However, after multiple follow-ups, we were repeatedly given false assurances and the remaining payment has still not been made. The company owner, Ibrar Khan, operates multiple companies (including profiles in Linkden and Bowling Green).

We also contacted Scan Logistics regarding this issue. They informed us that they had already issued payment to Trillium Expedite and had previously warned the party involved, but unfortunately, they are unable to take further action since payment was already processed.

Please be cautious when dealing with this company.

So she is double brokering her old companies loads?

And they are compliant in this? Wow

lol- I saw that title as well...I went physically to the office - nothing - pretended to be on the phone...and dispatcher just gook my invoice and said the person who does the accounting is not in - I mean its a four man show...
