Trideck Transport

I don't give a shit where they're from, boys or girls. They booked my load, went and hooked to my trailer, dragged it to an offsite location and didn't tell me where it was or that there was any problem. What was the end game ? Was my load going to disappear ? Was someone going to ever let us know the problem? Me and my clients can't afford to work with people like this. Those that chose to, good luck. Those that want continued success can use this information as they think it right. No one has ever pulled a stunt like this on me before. No, I'm not new. Mike Jr and Rob, two thumbs up haha

If a male driver has difficulty communicating with a female dispatcher, regardless of where they came from or their ethnicity, the problem lies with management for allowing this to happen in the first place. Sure, maybe the driver is a real "piece of work", or maybe the dispatcher is the wrong person for the job, the fault is squarely on the shoulders of the owner or upper management for letting this bad situation continue. If this kind of behavior is tolerated, no wonder the service they provide is so sketchy.
 
May be bit off topic but, Did any body else noticed this, that, Snowwhite and Mustangman both are new members and both are defending same company and if you read carefully comments by both, wording is similar. Is it possible if both names for same person.

I did notice that, but did not want to say anything. Also before snowwhite posted something on this site, I got an email " I dont appreciate you putting stuff on insider transport about me, its not fair,. I am just the dispatcher I cant make them listen to me I have said this before"
 
I would question this line of bullshit both postings seem questionable, 1 joined yesterday and the other October 15th and this is the only posting.
 
I always question motive of new members with limited to no posts, good to know others are looking out for the same things.

Anonymity also to me is a big one (for new members) that decreases the value of the words I read, but perhaps just me.

as a owner I felt I should called you and apologize if our dispatcher or driver didn't performed 100%. so it was our mistake to be professional with you ???!!!! your first post is also negative for TRIDECK, that time we didn't even haul any single dam for you..... and YES we have GPS tracking System in each and every truck. WTF we should do if every dispatcher have 24/7 access they are still not updating to customer and watch there drivers...and this is 0% toleration in TRIDECK if somebody doing any kind of discrimination(male or female). Even owner of Trideck is Female and 3 female drivers working with us, 80% office staff is females.
Driver mistake or dispatcher, you called me and told me this what happened and there will be crane charge, even offloading suppose to done by forklift. we agreed what ever you said bcz we were lack with our service and we were ready to pay . stop being childish and stop make fun on somebody. she also have family-kids. That day Cassandra was sick and she was in hospital.... , you tried us twice which we will always appreciated, this is my bad if didn't work both time. but this is part of all businesses some time work sometime not.
 
off Couse ALL LOAD. That was one of our driver biggest mistake... But his 2 driver was there for trailer, we are appreciated your feed back that's why we installed GPS tracking system in our every truck. which is monitory now.

But I would say you must be author before, your each and every post(183) on this site is very-very long. we were surprised how come you have that much time to wright a long stories everyday....

First of all Yes you have hauled in total 4 Loads this year. 02/07/2018 # 100740 - 05/23/2018 #103674 and the two you just did. You won't be any more. I have read both of your post, and I have no idea what you are trying to say.
According to what you are saying you don't need to call to apologize because your company/dispatch did
every thing right.



Bottom line your company did not do the job right.

So, according to a later post by the owner, Cassandra was sick and in the hospital and wasn't aware what was happening with your load. Exact quote: "stop being childish and stop make fun on somebody. she also have family-kids. That day Cassandra was sick and she was in hospital..."
Did Cassandra happen to mention that fact in this email? "I was sick and not aware of the issue" vs "the boys won't talk to me so what do you want me to do?" are two very different things.

How dare you complain about the horrible service - twice! She has kids, for God's sake!
 
The line I like the most in TT Limited's rant was "this is part of all businesses sometime work sometime not". A great advertisment for your business...."sometimes we will get the job done....sometimes we won"t"!!!! Granted, I am using my own interpretation of his statement. Who knows, he could have meant something entirely different, it is hard to tell.
 
Yeah I'll add to the do not use list . Tried them a couple times and failed miserably . Cassandra is only a pawn and either lies or is being lied to . Always a service issue and heard all the excuses
