A word of caution for all members - nothing but the run around from this broker regarding payment.

2 loads and 2 loads too many. Poor communication - not enough 'help' to pay bills (yes...actually used as an excuse). Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this outfit. Not worth the hassle....

Anyone else owed money by this company - send me a PM immediately. Starting to think this "outfit" is part of a larger MTL scam company - now that I know a couple more 'last names' of employees working there....

I would be very cautious in extending any credit. Our last invoice was finally paid just shy of 4 months. Won't deal with again.

Save yourself the hassle and keep them to COD.

Have to say they have not changed, have invoices 100 days and controller never in. All you can do is leave a message.

I have to agree with AccountsReceivable@DRC would keep them on a DNU List.

Don't waste your time with them, contact involved parties.
That was the way I got paid and scratched them out of my list..

told them it was my last call to them before I billed their customer...pmt finally came. Not worth the headaches.

MarkD, from personal experience, don't wait. Use BOL ACT..Start making calls to all involved parties.
Two days later UPS at my door with an envelope...
And DNU since...

If they are past the payment terms you should have he legal right to get paid from the shipper receiver. Are you the end carrier?

Same here. Did a $250 ltl from ON to PQ
100 days later actually got paid, was very surprised. They told us all about their 'hard times' etc.
last time for us with these guys. Maybe they are just struggling right now, but maybe that should be disclosed when they agree to 30 day terms and not at 100 days.

DNU here as well...it took them 89 days to pay a thousand dollar invoice.

we are at over 120 days for a $700 invoice. AP never available to take my call and don't return calls

We had 7 invoice with them in the past 2 years being paid on average in 65 days. Try to contact A/P Irini Wassef, email to i.wassef@vintrans.ca. She was good lately with replies. Hope it helps.

After several messages and emails, I just got a call back from a woman named Sandra. Irini Wassef no longer works there. Sandra started 2 days ago. Said she inherited a big mess. We are suppose to be paid on the next cheque run. Although, she could not tell me when that would be. I'll keep you all posted. Right now though, I would not recommend to anyone to extend credit to this company. You all need to know that they are part of a group called VINGroup so there is more than one company. I know this only because I came across a web site with this information on it.
