Cut them off last year - taking over 80 days to pay. Accounts Payable never returned any calls - Kim ext#221. I asked our MTL office to make a payable call as our dispatch there all speak French. He spoke to dispatch at Roxy and explained our payment issue - many employed at Roxy do not speak English which was the problem. If you can get someone who speaks French to call - you might have better luck.
 
We Constantly Had Problems With Them. 120 Plus Days To Pay Everything. The Last Shipment We Did Was Credit Card. I Deal With Sylvie Who Is Supposed To Be One Of The Owners And She Can Be Reached At The A/r Ext. She Is A Piece Of Work. Hope This Helps.
