Not sure if they'll need to be moved over to non-payer.

Right now, three siting between 75 and 100 days... No joy in collecting to date.

Anyone have any good contacts to squeeze over there?

They are horrible to deal with - last invoice with us was over 110 days. You can't get anywhere with them unless you speak French. If you leave an English message for Accounts payable forget it. Good luck....you will be waiting a long time for payment unfortunately....

Hmmm. My wife is french, perhaps I'll subcontract her out to make a call for me...

I know marrying a Quebecois could come in handy some day!

Unfortunately, in La Belle Province, only if one side is a person, can the small claims court be used. Company vs Company has to be in Superior Court which adds megabucks to any action. Unless you are owed at least $10,000 fagetaboutit
