Can I please get some feedback on this carrier. Positive or negative. I have a pending load with them and first time using them so appreciate any feedback.

They consolidated a FTL shipment of styrofoam to the atlantic for a big chemical company of mine. This was 3 years ago and I haven't spoke to them since. I only found out about this after the shipment was numerous days late and the owner had told it was delivered. Ended up getting delivered in two separate shipments.
 
If your looking for service to Labrador these are the people to use. Yes they will consolidate and maximize every inch of trailer going up there. 500 kms of gravel road can be rough on any kind of freight. The winter months are challenging to say the least going up there. Yes they could improve there customer relations some what but always do the job.
 
Also don't confuse this company with Transport Jean-Francois. They do the same lanes as this company, but way better service.

We have only used them on truckload shipments, mostly Lab City area. I have had nothing but good service from them.
 
Worst fears confirmed...terrible service, terrible follow up, continually missed my pickup even when I accommodated each of their requested pickup days. They missed the pickup and of course would never call unless I followed up with them. I ended up pulling load from them and used another carrier who did a GREAT job! They are on my DNU list. Sorry to hijack, but for Lab City I highly recommend Transport CMP Neuville PQ, speak to Pascal 888-401-2922, fantastic job, always good communication to areas like that. :)
 
I can't comment on their service, but they took 120 days to pay us a small invoice...and only after many many calls.
DNU on that front for us for sure
