good day all,
hoping someone can assist .. we are currently using (axon) dispatch program (was costly,25k. and also pay 450.00 monthly for their support), now they have informed us that PC miler will no longer work unless we purchase the upgrades. this will range from 5500.00 to 9000.00 ..
my question;
does anyone know of a good program that would include dispatch, payroll, fuel tax, etc..
as always your input is appreciated.

Anything from TMW Systems. We use their TruckMate system. It does everything. Be prepared though ... a good all encompassing system is going to cost you over $100k.

Thank you Michael, with the TMW system, can purchase the modules you need, or do you have to purchase the entire system. (axon has modules that we do not require, but did not pay for) ?
 
Yes, you only pay for the modules you need and want. For the most part you can add modules at a later date, and provided you set it up correctly in the beginning, much of your information would migrate to the new modules.

BTW ... the $100K figure was a software figure. Hardware is a whole other issue and totally dependent on the size of your company. I just replaced our server and was a bit over $40k, but it's all virtualized and set up to use thin clients as we replace desktops.
