Anyone know anything about this company? The phone number I have for them is no longer in service, but the fax is... They are based out of Farnham, Quebec and owe money since August...

FMCSA shows they have 5 trucks and drivers but only reported 115,000 miles in 2010. They are a carrier only - not broker status.
120 days owing on one invoice - 60 days on another. They have a deteriorating Equifax report on the Link. My loads were for Michel Duhamel. My last call to him gave me the impression he works as a freelance agent for multiple companies. He said he was not moving any more loads for TPL because of all the complaints he was receiving about TPL. They still have an active account with the Link.

I knew this would happen months ago. For fear of a lawsuit I deleted a lot of the original comments as I did not want to get my employer in hot water for my actions and refrained from making comments on this site.

looking at the Bill, you are right Canadian bacon. In this case, what do you (anyone) recommend on the best way to get paid?
Is it worth talking to Harris first before going after the consignee? Has anyone been successful in recovering their money owed from either party?
