We gave Great Dane a load about 2 months ago to pick up near Tadoussac, QC back to our docks in Montreal
Load was booked 2 days in advance, and the cancelled on us at the last minute.
In the winter this is not exactly an easy region to re-cover so we had to re-cover for the next day.
The following day however, Guillaume the dispatcher called back begging for the load.
First and only load they have done for us.
Not to say I will not use again if needed, as cancellations happen in this industry, but I will exercise caution.
