They screwed us over pretty badly on a very important shipment. Awarded to them a week in advance, picked up on time, and emailed midnight complaining about the weight issues. We asked for the proof of scale or any ELD links showing the trailer's location at the scale.
When we requested to get it picked up by another partner, they asked for a payment to release the shipment. After a long back and forth next day, the shipment was finally released, but we had to face the consequences. The delivery was delayed by 3 days, costing a line shutdown situation for 3 days. They never answer their phones nor do they ever provide any tracking on any shipments.
They did this before the tariff deadline that night, although we did not have any such requirements on our load. Clearly, they chose another freight that most likely paid them more and decided to come up with a story on this one.
They are on our strict DNU list and will never be given another chance no matter what.
