We had the same issue with them....which is too bad. Back solicited our client and not sure if this is the case but failed to follow instructions 3 times on 3 seperate shipments prior to the solicite. I ended up arranging a face to face meeting with them and advsied that ethically what they did was wrong. From that moment on things are ok. Dont get me wrong, the back solicite is bound to happen, but when you have or taken the time to establish a different level of loyality between carrier and broker at the end of the day its a win win for all. As an assest based carrier who has been around for 40 years, we never practice back soliciting and never will....integrity comes first.
