Transplace Canada Ltd ... Formerly Torus

Been dealing with Christina Cranston @ Transplace (Richmond Hill) - We had worked with Transplace for a couple of years. Christina started dealing with us and started giving us loads on a low rate, if we didn't respect those rates she'd threaten to have us put on DNU throughout the Transplace system. So we had advised politely that we are unable to do business as such and were put on DNU, and furthermore she made a mass email and sent it off "calling us liars, saying that everyone should block us from their system, and put us on DNU" in an effort to tarnish our name, without providing anything of what we had done other than refused to drive our company into the ground.

We have great relationships with brokers who respect our choices of what we are able or not able to do. Been a VERY bad experience with Christina Cranston from Transplace. (Attached screenshot)

I am not familiar with either Transplace, Christina Cranston or Heather 99, nor I have conducted business with anyone of them. It strikes me as odd however, that if someone was going to send out a mass email about a supplier, they would at least take the time to "spell check" their work before hitting the send button. Seems unprofessional to me.

I hate to be the bad news bear here, but there are two sides to every story.....

Having had some past dealings with Heather99's employer in the past and some less then stellar editions of the truth, I can see how there may be some frustrations on behalf of Transplace.

And those who know me well will know how much it pains me to be even slightly sympathetic to Transplace...

Funny we had Christina tell us how disappointing that our service has fallen in the last 10 years, we gave them 48 hours notice on not being able to do a load and she sends an email to our dispatcher complaining. When I sent back apologizing for not being able to do the load but we could have just given some bullshit excuse at the time loading and not completed the load but same as 10 years ago we are an honest company and tell the truth and give as much notice as possible when we can't do something. Funny no response to that email and if she cuts us off on outbound loads I'm not sure how we will ever survive (heavy sarcasm).
