Trying to collect on an invoice that is now over 60 days... Voicemail message left last month was not returned.

I called today and it is nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I tried extensions for Operations, Billing, Administration and finally reached a guy who asked me to call him back today at 3pm.

Seems sketchy... Anyone else currently collecting?

Thanks Nawk! I have them at the same address as what was provided by the OP. That's an interesting email address you provided, the ones we have end with @shiptg.com

I'm hoping for good news when I call back at 3pm as requested.

I called back and the guy told me it was already paid by EFT, but just didn't send any remittance info.

I checked my account and sure enough, it was paid in 47 days by EFT.
I sent them an invoice in april and was paid about 45 days later. Still I'd prefer not working with them due to a load where we were sent to pick up on Sunday, there was no load, and we got nothing (no tonu).

We had a payment issue with Transimex GLOBAL CORP DOT3576858 - MC1206787. Payment was finally received via EFT in CDN funds after 112 days

We had to get dispatch, shipper and receiver involved to get paid as the AP contact Anastasia went AWOL.

Marked as DNU in our system.

Looking at an email today from them. Actively soliciting carriers to run below cost which only entices carriers that do not run by the rules and or the ones that screw over their drivers and O/O. They're offering rates at $1.68 per mile....with current fuel...we're paying our O/O's just shy of $2 per mile (they only pay for their fuel)... we pay everything else, trailers, insurance etc etc.

When brokers pay cheap...they are cheap. Speaking with 30 years experience, cheap loads are always the loads with all the problems and issues. Cheap loads always seem to cost carriers more money and time they are worth.

It's a hard DNU for these type of people. Much rather establish a respectable back and forth relationship with a broker.

Alas....as long as there's carriers willing to skirt the rules and screw over their employees/operators...there will always be people like this trying to take advantage. Give me a quality, reputable broker that understanding the investment and operating cost of an asset based carrier any day.

Yes, last load we did for them was in March. I see their emails and posts on loadlink. Their rates are pretty much the lowest no interest at all in doing their freight. No point doing a load if you're not going to make any money.

Any ideas on how to get in touch with these scumbags?? STILL waiting on payment from the summer. No one answers the phone and accounting emails go unanswered. The broker - George - just says he is 'sad' and will see what he can do. (And yes, I know. Bad on me for letting it go this long.)

Pick up another load from them. I am sure they have many on board and then ask for payment. you will get an email from the CEO of the Company sitting next to dispatch and then accounting sitting behind the CEO and dispatch. They are nothing but crooks, I had to play this game to get my $800. I know its a small amount but feels much better now.

Getting nervous reading this thread as I currently have 2 of their loads on my trailers but really haven't had any issues with payment from these guys. 40 days avg pay.
