Transimex Global Corp

All that just b/c you covered your truck. Sounds like Transimex is having a hard time finding carriers to haul their loads.

They have a hard time covering freight due to their rates and the way they behave, at least don't the lanes we run their freight just sits on the board until someone desperate enough comes along to cover it, always well below market rates. I have dealt with Igor there and he seems to be a decent guy but everyone else is very unpleasant from my experience with them

LOL folks "Brad .S" does not exist....Its a shared email! I don't believe anyone on the asset side of Transimex knows what goes on with their brokerage division.

Lowest of the lowest rates i've ever seen. When you try to negotiate they act as if we just pulled a number out of our arse... 15 mins later we will find a similar load paying appropriately, well in this market might take a little longer but you get my point.

I just don't bother contacting them or fortus group anymore.

rates are nuts right now. So friggn low. dont know how we can pay bills with such low rates

Rates are always “nuts”. Right now there is excess capacity, a marked decrease compared to 12 months ago combined with less available freight. Consumer purchasing is down and warehouses are filled with product which contributes to a decline in shipping. Take some comfort however in knowing that the cost of diesel fuel is down significantly from this time last year.

The companies with paid off equipment such as us are still finding it fairly difficult to make ends meet, but we're trying. I can't imagine companies at our same level who have payments at high interest rates.

Have run multiple loads for them. They pay within 25 days over the last 3 months. They're nice guys but they can often be cheap.
