They are a waste of a call or email. I am thinking they must all still be living in the ninties as their rates are.

This company is on another level - twilight zone
emailed at 7:43am CST for a TX - ON load with rate ... emails finally at 8:54am CST saying he will keep me posted ... at 09:29am says good to go - when I said my truck is covered - this is the reply
Either tell me to hold my truck / or send me a rate con - you cannot say I'll get back to you and expect me to wait - plus asking to slash rate -
Hope someone higher up sees this language

Ah I see he is using the same trend as many others these days... at what point did we stop putting our full names in emails? I never get it - I mean if your last name has 45 characters, sure - maybe going by an initial is going to be appreciated - but if you're not putting your full name on your email (other for the reason above) you're doing shady or about to do shady shit and don't want your name associated with the garbage you dish out.

I'm sure this is acceptable and regular behavior with these guys' and the managers most likely know, just seeing the way these folks conduct their business, I'm not surprised. Covering cheap freight does a number on your mental health

A broker promising they'll send you a confirmation in 30 mins or "just hang tight" sounds more like a fairytale than anything, pure fiction LOL
