This company is located out of Cobourg...any one have dealings with them? A/P never answers the phone.

Anyone know anything about these guys?
 
They are s**t!!! If you haven't dealt with them don't bother!!!

MJ has 4 other company's

Had problems with these people 6 years ago, surpized they are still in business, had to call the customer to get paid, and then the excusses, just unbelievable. Lots of luck if you have done business with any of his company's
 
invoice from March got paid in June, if they are associated with MJ its would be a funny story as MJ hired a collection company to harrass me and my customer after the invoice was 1 day late. thanks for the heads up
 
They are the same people and are both the worst companies ever to deal with.
Do not use them.
No reply to phone calls,emails,fax and they owe alot of money to alot of people.
 
aww crap, why didnt i search this sooner, I have a 90 day invoice for 650.00 guess I will call the customer in morning. Same story never get any answer.

The 755 Division St. address is outdated, it belongs to Canada Pallet which they used to haul a lot of freight for.

Just in case they are still hiding behind a mail box rental.
 
I call the customer 5 days later i received my check but it take 56 days before i make the call .
 
I would start calling the Real Estate company and start harrassing them to get paid. Make a big deal out of talking to her right away and she never calls back and say it is about monies owed and you don't want to send in the collection agency because they are real bulldogs etc etc. You might be surprised how fast you get paid.

Still waiting for payment for November 2009 invoice. Only $400 and they can't even pay that yet. Amazingly, they still keep posting loads and finding carriers to haul them?
 
We had the same problem with them. Finally got payment after threatening to go after customer. On our DNU list.
 
Finally received the check. Let's hope it doesn't come back NSF

Kristen Stewart is the owner or was the owner of Transglobal with a silent partner which is her husband Mike Stewart Owner of MJ Express Cobourg 210 Willmott Street. They are trying to disappear and not pay a sole which they owe. If you need to get a hold of them 905-372-5980 x226 is Mike. His cell is 289-251-4123. Hope this helps you out.

I spoke to Mike Stewart he said Transglobal was a tennant on Wilmott Street, using his phone lines, Kristen Stewart is not his wife (no relation) and he had nothing to do with cheating all the carriers out of money. I didn't believe him, but dont have time or resources to chase the $5,000 he owes us.
