There are multiple people on this thread commenting that they are not receiving payment. I know one employee who isn't being paid on time, I'm sure they aren't the only one - so if you're so great, then maybe speak to the heads of your company and share the concerns people have and help make it right
I run the LTL division not the whole company, all works is done on company trucks and nothing is brokered out. Other then that got better things to do then go back and fourth with a person hiding behind a computer screen.
(If employees are not getting paid on time why would they stick around, makes no sense been in the business for over 20 years and if I don't get paid I know I have opportunity's out there)

Nick is a amazing dispatcher he gives 100 % percent to his customers. if there is ever a problem nick goes out of his way to help out no matter the time of day he worked his way up to VP congrats keep up the good work.
 
Yeah Nick the individual is solid. I hope that some of his positives impact the whole operation accordingly. Sometimes though if it walks like a duck and it quacks like a duck...it may be a duck. Special consideration to be given though that if it floats, like a duck and also like a piece of wood - it may indeed be a witch.

Hey Keyboard champ if you know me so well why don't you call me directly since all the people I deal with have my cell number and I don't need to hide from anyone. Yes I was at CANEX and I resigned myself and went to MTS for 8 months and resigned from there also. Reason I went back to CANEX and they wanted me back I must of been doing a good job. Now I am at TransEmerge and Yes I am the VP of the LTL and expedite division and wherever I go I must be doing something good causa customer and drivers are with me also. If anyone of my drivers or employees are not getting paid pls let me know who it is cause I don't have any complains and if they were not why would they follow me where I go. Over all its easy to sit behind a desk and type out things however when I hear my name being tarnish I don't appreciate it all and if you have a problem with me pls call me since you know me so well, had the same cell number since I started East Coast LTL. Also for the ppl on this board that spoke highly about me thank you
I don't do a lot with Trans Emerge, but what I can say, their service is good, and Nick is very much truthful when he says he gives out his cell phone if you need to contact him.

owner wouldnt answer and accounting has told that it will be next week. Going after the shipper / receiver / freight forwarder now.

One of the shipment is through fedex. i will keep you posted
The shipment we pick was also from fedex . We are in contact with fedex for payment.
 
Trans Emerge gave us a load and it’s been over 90 Days since it’s been invoiced and we are still waiting for a payment. Will this company pay ?

No, They will not reply your emails & phone call regarding payments. Every friday they will transfer money in your account better go to the customer.

Can only say we had one load with them and they took 130+ days to pay.
Also that's probably why we only ever did one load for them.
