Transborder (TLI) Surrey Winnipeg and Mississauga was bought out by Challenger last month from what I understand Challenger did not buy the A/P in the deal Also the Flat deck division went under at the same time

this company has gone into full receivership... anything billed after I belieive Dec 13 will be paid by Challenger Motor Freight.. anything previous to this you are S.O.L.

Challenger backed out of the deal, this company is gone for good.

TLI recievership

TLI did go into recievership but its NOT a court imposed recievership.
The reciever Campbell Saunders was appointed by one of their major creditors, Pyx Financial to secure "their" investment.
Elenor at Campbell Saunders confirmed that no one is secure and they will sell off everything they can so Pyx can recoup. Nobody gets anything out of this.
Better start going after their clients before its too late.
