They actually sent us a letter stating that they are having cash flow problems and that payment will be delayed

We are still awaiting payment for an invoice from Jan 8. We have been told our cheque is now printed but awaiting signing. The AP person told me that they are having trouble making payroll.

The Mississauga branch is who I booked it with but they told me I have to seek payment from the BC branch.

You could always contact the folks in Mississauga, ON. They are a good company from what I have seen in my dealings with them. Not sure who the contact is for A/P but they may be able to help you. This is ofcourse if you haven't tried this as of yet.
