Anyone else have outstanding invoices?? our June invoices will be paid in Oct.;July @end of Oct., and hopefully get caught up. i do appreciate they are still paying, but still makes me little nervous

I just heard that they are done. Flatdeck division is bankrupt, Van Division is in receivership

If this is the same Transborder Logistics that is also in Mississauga, heard today they have been bought out by Challenger

Yes, they are also out of Mississauga.

Challenger is buying the Van division, but they are only buying the assets and are not going to be honouring the payables. This is what we have heard from Transborder

I dont know what they are paying or not paying, only heard from a friend that works there that they got bought out
