Used on couple Saturday delivery loads about a month ago, one truck had mechanical issue and they were to call if delayed but didn't BUT I did get them on the phone when looking for truck at 530 am.

Safety concerns mainly.
Driver got stuck in a ditch with a trailer, didn't know how to handle so they called us to try and send someone to help them out.
Our contact there is a bit of a disaster.
At my other company, if I remember well, we had some orders double brokered but...so tired these days I'm not 100% sure and don't want to give false information. Brain is not working properly ;-)
