Trans Expert

We have given them 16 I/B T/L's this year so far.

From what I see they have all picked up and delivered within our required parameters. However, on a few occasions (checking our load loads) there is no one in the office to answer the phone and the voice mailbox has always been full. We have made contact after trying again at a later time.

But as far as getting the job done... they have for us.

I would give them freight again.
 
are these the same guys out of candiac qc? if they are i have been working with them for over a year ... for me i would not look anywhere else ... :)

They went dormant for 8.5 years between 2012 and 2020. Now back with a different address (residential), a different phone number and now has a FMCSA broker authority. SMS OOS scores double the nat'l average with vehicle OOS score is at 44%. Almost every inspection has an issue - last inspection shows a IFTA violation. Website address is different than FMCSA address.

This is just a quick and dirty look over, I'm curious, what part checks out?

It happens sometimes. I had someone disappear for five years... and came back to me as if nothing happened. He was honest about it.. spent some time in jail..

This might be the situation in this case as I don't know this carrier. I was just pointing out the comment that 'everything checks' but there was so much at a first glance that wouldn't have 'checked out' for me. It certainly would have spurred on more questions. If I were to give out a load to a carrier, I'm sure I could find a carrier with better data than this.

In my case I don't think so.. he told me he was incarcerated. Came as a bit of a surprise to me as he was a top notch operator and person.. more reliable than normal.. more polite and well spoken than normal.. he was back with me for about a year before going silent again.. perhaps running Canada only now or maybe back in the clink.. who knows.

Hello, How was the last load they've done for you? Did they execute it without issues? are you still using this carrier?
