That's what gets me about wheel offs, nobody ever says what the failure was EI Mexican or Chinese bearings or studs. That would be the first thing as an investigator that I'd look into. The bolts holding a Canadian built bridge, held together by inferior Chinese Bolts just makes you all warm and fuzzy inside.
